Memon Investments awards AED 40.35 million primary construction contract for Cambridge Business Centre
| Memon Investments, the Dubai-based developer and part of the international Memon Group of Companies, has awarded an AED 40.35 million contract for the construction of its AED 80 million Cambridge Business Centre. |
. It’s Memon’s first commercial development and was won by Cairo Contracting Company (CCC), which has expressed its commitment to the project in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO).
Set to feature classic British architecture across its 108 offices, the business tower will boast advanced facilites such as Wi-Fi technology and hi-speed internet connection. The project will also include 11 retail shops on the ground floor, banking facilities, a travel agency and a health club at the rooftop.
