UAE´s Hydra Properties form Hydra-al-Aaeelah development co
| Hydra Properties Real Estate Company, alongside Kuwait-based Al-Aqeelah Leasing, Finance and Investment Co, and Tassameem Real Estate Co have joined forces to establish Hydra-Al-Aqeelah Development Co, which will develop the Aqeeq Al-Marina in Kuwait´s resort city of Khairan. |
It signifies a turning point in the Kuwaiti real estate development, particularly since the Khairan project is one of the largest real estate projects in the entire region.
The Aqeeq Al-Marina, covering 50,000 square meters is the first phase of Khairan’s Pearl City project and will include a major commercial complex, a residential compound and a luxury hotel.
