LLJ Property, formed in Abu Dhabi this year, by the Directors - Linda Loughnane, Lubna A. Al Rizeiqi and Jane Woods in association with the Masaood Group.
LLJ Property introduces its unique and extensive services to the real estate market in the UAE. The all-female led company, was recently formed in association with the Masaood Group in Abu Dhabi by Linda Loughnane, Jane Woods and GCC local Lubna A. Al Rizeiqi.

“LLJ property was created to enable us to position the company to provide a total service within the emerging Abu Dhabi property sales market and the growing demands within the property management sector.” says Director Linda Loughnane.

The three directors bring with them over 25 years of combined real estate experience in the UAE with individual backgrounds and extensive knowledge in the financial sector, international and GCC markets.

LLJ grew out of the need to provide high quality and a more personalised and tailored service to the burgeoning real estate market following the recent change in federal law allowing the sale of land and property on a local and expatriate level. LLJ have actively been involved in the sale of land between GCC nationals, freehold property sales to local and expatriate owners as well as the sale of buildings, land plots and bulk unit purchases.

Director Jane Woods explains, “The Abu Dhabi property market will evolve in its own right given its unique financial stability which is built heavily on the oil and gas industries. Abu Dhabi also has a clearly defined ownership structure which obviously gives confidence to potential buyers.”

LLJ will focus initially on the Abu Dhabi market offering comprehensive property services for the capital’s emerging real estate requirements.

Services include but are not limited to, land and freehold property sales in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, international property sales, property management and project sales and marketing.
